UFC Enthusiast Dorobshokh Nabotov Secures Opportunity to Fight in the Octagon
Dorobshokh Nabotov, an undefeated elite athlete from Tajikistan, has seized the opportunity to fight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) after hijacking a press conference ahead of UFC 308.
Nabotov, a UFC fan who has never had a manager, boldly requested a fight opportunity during the event, which was met with cheers from the crowd. His appeal was directed towards Dana White, the president of UFC, who seemed to agree after a series of follow-up questions.
UFC 308 is scheduled to take place on October 26 in Abu Dhabi, but the focus has now shifted to a different event titled 'Dana White: Lookin' for a Fight', which will be streamed on YouTube. Dana White is planning to fly to Korea for this event, where the Korean Zombie is putting on a show on December 14th.
The Korean Zombie, whose real name is Chan Sung Jung, has started his own promotion in Korea and has now agreed to put Dorobshokh Nabotov on the card. If Dorobshokh wins the fight in Korea, Dana White has promised to sign him.
Nabotov, who has nine wins and zero losses as an athlete, did not ask a question during the press conference but instead requested a fight opportunity. His readiness to fight in the UFC was evident, and it seems that his persistence has paid off.
However, Dorobshokh Nabotov's first UFC fight, arranged by Dana White, is scheduled to take place in France. He has not yet received his contract, but he has a major opportunity to secure a place in the UFC.
This unexpected turn of events has certainly added an element of excitement to the UFC scene, and fans are eagerly awaiting Dorobshokh Nabotov's debut in the Octagon.
