Undefeated VfB continues its winning streak; Rhenania advances to the next round, while Fortuna suffers another loss in football competition.

In the latest round of Kreisliga A Westfalen, there were plenty of thrilling moments and unexpected results.

VfB Bottrop and ESC Rellinghausen played out an exciting draw, with Jemaiel scoring two goals in the dying minutes to secure a 2:2 result. The first half belonged to ESC, who took a 2:0 lead, but VfB Bottrop fought back valiantly in the second half. Ahmed Jemaiel hit the post and Nusret Miyanyedi scored one goal to turn the tide. Despite trailing 0:2 at halftime, VfB Bottrop managed to secure a draw.

Elsewhere, DJK TuS Rotthausen defeated VfL Grafenwald 4:3, but the team responsible for the victory remains unclear in the available search results. VfL Grafenwald had led at halftime, but a second-half comeback from Rotthausen saw them claim the victory.

SV Rhenania suffered a heavy 1:7 defeat against VfB Speldorf, with the hosts leading 4:0 at halftime. Flavio Dietz scored the only goal for Rhenania, but it was not enough to prevent the defeat. Felix Gatner received a red card for Rhenania in the 69th minute, eliminating any chance of a comeback.

BW Fuhlenbrock suffered a 1:6 defeat against 1.FC Hirschkamp, going two goals down in the first four minutes. The match was all but over by half-time, with Hirschkamp leading 4:0.

FC Welheim II lost 1:3 against SV Sarajevo, with a yellow/red card given to Sarajevo in the 79th minute. FC Welheim II are still searching for their first away win of the season.

In other matches, Vogelheimer SV won 2:0 against SV Fortuna, with both goals scored in the first half. Dostlukspor drew 1:1 against Arminia Klosterhardt, with Uzan scoring the only goal for Dostlukspor.

The highlight of the round, however, was FC Welheim's victory over promotion hopefuls FC Sterkrade 72. FC Welheim won 2:1, with Aliu and Boateng scoring for FCW. This victory will give FC Welheim a much-needed boost in their quest for survival.

In the second half of the VfB Bottrop vs ESC match, VfB Bottrop dominated, with multiple scoring opportunities. Nico Petritt's effort was saved by the ESC keeper, but VfB Bottrop ultimately came away with a well-deserved point.

This round of Kreisliga A Westfalen once again showed that anything can happen, with unexpected results and thrilling finishes aplenty. The next round promises to be just as exciting.
