Due to the event, the main entrance of the New Town Hall will be closed. Attendees are advised to use the entrance in Castellstraße, located next to the "Rathaus-Galerie" parking garage. The event will take place in the council chamber on the 3rd floor of the New Town Hall.

The event is organised by the city administration, KoKoBe, and the Office for Plain Language of the Lebenshilfe in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss. During the event, experts will explain the voting process in simple language.

The practical exercise provided for participants will mimic a real election setting. A voting booth, a ballot box, and sample ballot papers will be available during the exercise.
