Chilean Band Seatemples Releases Third Album, Trópicos

Seatemples, a renowned Chilean band, has recently released their third album titled Trópicos. This mini-album, a continuation of their last album, offers a perfectly balanced sound with guitars and synths complementing each other.

The album, released by Icy Cold Records, is a blend of Shoegaze and Dark-Wave, creating a unique and captivating soundscape. Trópicos features five original tracks and two remixes, each showcasing the band's musical prowess.

The reviewer at Side-Line Magazine, an independent journalism platform that has been supporting artists for over 30 years, has rated Trópicos 8 out of 10. Known for looking for the pearls and nurturing new talents, the reviewer appreciates the original compositions in the album as the most compelling.

The synths in the album add an extra melodic dimension that blends with the dark undertones, creating a captivating listening experience. The musicians behind Seatemples, singer/guitarist Dorian Hartke and drummer Russ Hartke, have once again proven their musical talent with Trópicos.

Side-Line Magazine is facing a decline in advertising revenues, and donations are crucial for the future security of the platform. The platform has chosen not to put up a paywall to keep its journalism accessible, relying instead on reader support to continue its operations.

Donations can be made on a monthly or one-time basis, and they help fund the production of the platform's journalism. The donation process takes only a minute and can be safely completed through PayPal.

Seatemples, by releasing their album on Side-Line Magazine, is supporting a platform that supports artists who are also fighting to survive. The band's next album is expected to be released in late 2025.
