Royal Enfield, the iconic motorcycle manufacturer, has recently unveiled a new color scheme for its Guerrilla 450 model, named Shadow Ash. The new color scheme was revealed at the GRRR Nights X Underground event in Pune.

The Shadow Ash color scheme features an olive-green fuel tank with black detailing, giving the Guerrilla 450 a sleek and stylish look. This new color scheme is available for the Dash variant of the Guerrilla 450, and it is priced at ₹2.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai).

In addition to the new color scheme launch, Royal Enfield has also announced an exciting cultural documentation expedition in collaboration with UNESCO, Tapaswi Racing, and National Geographic. The project, titled "The Great Himalayan Exploration," aims to document and preserve traditional cultural practices in the Himalayas, specifically in Himachal Pradesh.

The expedition was flagged off from Theog, Shimla, and is led by Shri Shashank Gupta and Shri Sidharth Sharma. Over the next six weeks, the participants will travel across Himachal, documenting various cultural practices such as Himachali Dham, Kangra miniature paintings, Kath-Kuni architecture, Chamba Thaal, Spiti jewellery, and the Himachali topi.

The experiences of the expedition will be captured in a four-part docuseries produced by National Geographic, which will stream later on JioHotstar. The grand celebrations of Kullu Dussehra will also be documented as part of the project.

This initiative is part of a larger multi-year collaboration between UNESCO and Royal Enfield, launched in 2022. So far, more than 70 traditions have been recorded across the Eastern Himalayas and Ladakh in this collaboration. The project aims to highlight and preserve the rich cultural heritage of the Himalayas, ensuring that these traditions are not lost to time.

The Guerrilla 450 is part of Royal Enfield's lineup of motorcycles, and it is a motorcycle produced by the company. The new color scheme fitted with Royal Enfield's Tripper Dash console adds an extra touch of style to this already popular model.

In conclusion, Royal Enfield's latest color scheme launch and cultural documentation expedition are a testament to the company's commitment to preserving cultural heritage while offering stylish and high-quality motorcycles to its customers. The docuseries produced by National Geographic will provide a unique insight into the rich cultural practices of the Himalayas and is a must-watch for anyone interested in learning more about this beautiful region.
