Union Glashütte, a renowned German watchmaker, has announced the release of two new versions of their popular Belisar Chronograph Moonphase model. Scheduled to hit the market in 2025, these new editions promise to captivate watch enthusiasts with their striking design and innovative features.
Both versions of the Belisar Chronograph Moonphase boast a deep blue dial, adorned with a sunburst finish, adding an elegant touch to the timepiece. The classic stainless steel version, priced at 3,600 euros, embodies a sporty-elegant design, appealing to a broad range of watch aficionados. For those seeking a more luxurious feel, the bi-color variant, priced at 7,500 euros, features massive rose gold sides and a rose gold bezel, exuding a sense of sophistication.
Powering these new models is the UNG-25.S1 caliber, an automatic movement based on the Valjoux 7751, but significantly modernized. The caliber boasts a silicon spiral for resistance to magnetic fields, a non-return system, and an optimized mainspring, ensuring precision and a power reserve of up to 65 hours.
The Moonphase display is positioned at six o'clock, harmoniously integrated with the dial. The date, month, and day are displayed in a clear and legible manner.
