The German Weather Service (DWD) has released its forecast for North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) in the coming days, providing residents with an overview of the weather they can expect.

On Monday, the weather in NRW is expected to be mostly sunny, with some cloud cover in the northeastern part of the state. High temperatures will range from 22 to 25°C, and the highlands will experience temperatures around 17°C. Notably, no rain is forecast for Monday or Tuesday according to the DWD.

Temperatures in NRW are expected to be warmer on Tuesday compared to Monday, with temperatures reaching 25 to 28°C. Highland temperatures on Tuesday will be around 22°C. The weather on Tuesday is expected to be mostly sunny and dry, but isolated showers may occur later in the day.

However, the weather on Wednesday in NRW will be different from Monday and Tuesday, with increasing cloud cover, showers, and thunderstorms expected. Some of these showers may be heavy, and there will be a 60% chance of rain, particularly affecting cities such as Bonn and Cologne among others within the state. High temperatures on Wednesday will range from 24 to 27°C. The DWD has also confirmed that there will be thunderstorms on Wednesday in NRW.
