Unterbach, Düsseldorf hosts the debut performance of the MTG dance group, popularly known as the Mutti dance group, during the Coloring Night event.
The small town of Unterbach was recently buzzing with excitement as it hosted the annual "Colorful Evening" event in the festival hall of the Wichern school. The evening, which began at 19:11, turned out to be a long and memorable party night.
The highlight of the event was the debut performance of the Mommy Dance Group (MTG), a local group composed of 16 ladies who have children in various Unterbach dance groups. The MTG took the stage for the first time, showcasing a world premiere dance number that even managed to get the biggest dance skeptic off their feet.
Prince Jens II (Barkemeyer) and Princess Corinna I (Barkemeyer) graced the event with their presence, joining former princes and princesses in paying their respects to the crowd. Session president Henrik Damgaard spoke from the Elferrat, while Jürgen Hilger analysed the world situation during the event.
The night was filled with entertainment, as show dance groups took to the stage, followed by music from Müller and band. Two engaged ladies expertly moderated the event, keeping the crowd engaged throughout the night.
As the evening drew to a close, the Colorful Evening transitioned into a dance and party night, with revellers numbering 365 enjoying the festivities. The night ended on a high note, with the Mommy Dance Group's performance still fresh in everyone's minds.
In the near future, an eight-page carnival newspaper will be distributed to all households in the neighbourhood, providing a detailed account of the event. The big parade of the Unterbach carnival will take place on March 2, promising another exciting event for the town.
The motto song of the event was "Donkey here and fools there... Traditions live on," encapsulating the spirit of the night perfectly. The Colorful Evening was indeed a night to remember, a testament to the vibrant and lively culture of Unterbach.
