Unveiling a thrilling array of innovative activities and mindfulness practices for a healthier lifestyle in 2025, Apple Fitness+ delves into the forefront.

Strava users can now share their Fitness+ workouts on Strava, with rich details displayed in the app. This integration is part of a new collaboration between the two fitness platforms.

Apple Fitness+, Apple's fitness service, offers a diverse range of workouts led by top trainers. One of the latest additions is a special 20-minute Dance workout led by professional choreographer and dancer, Alex Wong.

For those who enjoy pickleball, a popular sport, Fitness+ offers a conditioning program tailored to the sport's unique demands.

The subscription service for Fitness+ is priced at $9.99 (U.S.) per month or $79.99 (U.S.) per year. It is available in multiple countries including Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, UAE, U.K., and U.S.

Starting today, Strava subscribers can redeem two months of Fitness+ in addition to the free one-month trial offered to new Fitness+ users, for a total of three months. This offer is available in Australia, Canada, the U.K., and the U.S.

In addition to the dance workout, Fitness+ introduces a progressive strength training program called "Three Perfect Weeks of Strength". A new workshop-style yoga program is also available to help users improve skills with popular peak poses.

The Artist Spotlight series returns with new workouts featuring music from Janet Jackson, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, and Kendrick Lamar. Apple Watch users can earn a limited-edition award when they close all three Activity rings for seven days in a row in January.

Fitness+ also offers a new breath meditation program to manage stress, boost energy, and enhance focus. The program includes 5 10-minute meditations.

For those who purchase certain Apple devices, three months of Apple Fitness+ are included. Notably, the trainer involved in the collaboration between Apple Fitness+ and Strava and who participates in a special 20-minute dance workout is not named in the provided search results.

Apple Fitness+ requires specific device and operating system versions to function. Some of the celebrities featured in new episodes of Apple Fitness+ include Janet Jackson, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, Kendrick Lamar, Adam Scott, Steve Aoki, Lana Condor, Tiffany Haddish, Rita Ora, Daddy Yankee, Maddie Ziegler, and Alex Wong. They are featured in new episodes of Time to Walk.

This collaboration between Strava and Apple Fitness+ promises to bring a richer and more integrated fitness experience to users of both platforms.
