Introducing the Telo MT1: A Revolutionary Electric Pick-up Truck

The Telo MT1, a production-ready version of the Telo EV, is making waves in the automotive industry. This compact electric pick-up truck, designed by Fuseproject, is now available for purchase from TeloTrucks.com and can be found on TeloTrucks' social media platform (@TeloTrucks).

The Telo MT1 offers a compelling alternative to large electric and ICE pick-up trucks, boasting a size similar to a two-door Mini Cooper. It is designed to make a difference in terms of scale, footprint, and environmental impact.

The interior of the Telo MT1 is thoughtfully designed, with materials such as cork, aluminum, and knitted textiles used to create a comfortable and eco-friendly space. The digital dashboard is not overly dominant, with a metal bezel to focus the driver's attention.

The Telo MT1 is a five-seater pick-up truck, offering seating for five passengers and a 60" pick-up bed at the rear. It provides ample storage solutions, with the interior designed with 50 separate products in mind.

The Telo MT1 is expected to have a range of 350 miles and a power rating equivalent to 500hp. It will initially be available in two color palettes: Slate and Shadow. A more minivan-shaped body style will be available for the Telo MT1 in the future.

The Telo EV received a Smart Space Award in 2023, recognising its innovative design and functionality. The Telo MT1 is the production-ready version of this award-winning concept.

Yves Béhar, co-founder of Telo along with CTO Forrest North and CEO Jason Marks, led the team that designed the Telo EV. Martina Loidl was also involved in the founding of Telo and, alongside Yves Béhar, is also one of the managing directors.

The price of the Telo MT1 starts at $41,520. Order books for the Telo MT1 are currently open, so if you're in the market for a compact, eco-friendly pick-up truck, the Telo MT1 could be the perfect choice for you.
