In a shocking turn of events, a police chase in Mülheim an der Ruhr on 20.07.2025 has left a 29-year-old resident of Oberhausen in critical condition. According to the Polizei Dortmund, transmitted via news aktuell, the incident began with a traffic stop in Bottrop and continued through Mülheim an der Ruhr, ending in a collision on Kleine Bruchstraße.

The police officers involved in the chase reportedly fired their weapons during the pursuit. The source also confirmed that the 29-year-old, who has been identified, ignored the officers' signals and attempted to flee.
