Arcam Unveils Three New Integrated Amplifiers in the Radia Series
British audio equipment manufacturer Arcam has announced the launch of three new integrated amplifiers in its Radia series: the A5+, A15+, and A25+. These latest models are set to debut at the CEDIA Expo in September 2025 and will begin shipping in early Q4 2025.
The A5+, priced at $1,199, features 2 x 50W of Class AB power and a tuned MM phono stage. The A15+, priced at $1,499, offers a more powerful output of 2 x 80W and underwent an upgrade to its transformer. The most powerful of the lot, the A25+, priced at $1,999, boasts 2 x 100W Class G power and a host of significant upgrades.
The A25+, designed to complement Arcam's A25 streamer, comes with a precision-cut glass front panel and an ESS9018 DAC dedicated to its SPDIF inputs. The new transformer in the A25+ also features a dedicated winding for the digital and DAC circuits. Additionally, the A25+ has double linear regulation in the analog power supplies and refinements to its power and mains filtering.
All three amplifiers now come with Bluetooth 5.4 with Auracast, aptX Lossless, and support for Snapdragon Sound. The A15+ and A25+ also include HDMI eARC. The A25+ also features an OLED display behind the glass panel.
It's worth noting that the prices for the new amplifiers are higher than their predecessors due to potential US tariffs. The pricing for other countries hasn't been announced yet. The debut and shipping dates for the earlier models in the Radia series were not provided.
These new integrated amplifiers from Arcam represent a significant step forward in audio technology, promising a more powerful and refined listening experience for audiophiles worldwide. Stay tuned for more updates on these exciting new products.
