Utilities can be settled at the DEC's personal office
In the Siberian city of Yakutsk, residents now have a new tool at their fingertips to manage their utility payments more efficiently. The mobile app "DEK Yakutskenergosbyt" is now available for smartphone users, offering a seamless and digital solution for paying multiple utility services in one click.
Developed by tech giant Yandex, this service is provided by PJSC DEK Yakutskenergosbyt. Registration for the service can be done on the DEK website or directly through the mobile app. The process is simple and quick, taking only a few minutes. New users can register by entering their phone number, email, and creating a password.
Upon registration, users can log in using the password obtained during registration on the website or by registering only in the app. The login and password for the website and the mobile app are the same for the DEK service.
Once logged in, users can access all their account functions, including checking account balance, viewing payment history, and submitting meter readings. The service also provides detailed instructions on paying utility bills to partner companies. Over 110 organizations have signed official contracts with DEK for accepting payments, making it a widely accessible service.
This month, over 25,000 payments for utility services were made through DEK, demonstrating its growing popularity among Yakutsk residents. The service is available in the browser version of the Personal Cabinet and the free mobile app "DEK Yakutskenergosbyt".
It's worth noting that if a UC or TSC is not listed in the app, it means the organization managing the house has not yet signed a contract with DEK for accepting payments. Users can find more information about organizations providing utility services and adjust payment amounts in the Personal Cabinet.
