Victim Suffers Injury and Robbery
In the early hours of last night, a severe robbery took place in the Wedding district of Berlin. The victim, a 42-year-old man, was left with serious injuries after an acquaintance, who is yet to be identified, stabbed him multiple times in the legs.
The incident occurred around 2:10 AM at Müllerstraße. The suspect, during the robbery, not only inflicted the stab wounds but also stole the victim's shopping cart, wallet, and other goods.
The wallet contained a significant amount of cash and credit cards, which have yet to be recovered. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment, and fortunately, his condition is currently stable, albeit serious.
The police are urging any witnesses to come forward with information about the robbery. The investigation into the incident is being handled by a specialized unit from the Police Directorate 1 (North). The unit has also offered a reward for information leading to the suspect's arrest.
In addition to collecting evidence such as fingerprints and blood samples, the forensic team thoroughly examined the robbery scene. The stolen shopping cart was later recovered by the police near the crime scene.
The robbery has been classified as a grievous bodily harm case due to the stabbing incident. The suspect remains at large, and the police are working diligently to identify and apprehend them.
