In a landmark moment for the Qatar market, VIOOH, a global supply-side platform, has partnered with ELAN Media for a programmatic partnership. This collaboration brings together premium inventory across Qatar's most desirable locations, offering a streamlined programmatic advertising experience.

The partnership covers ultra-premium shopping destinations and high-impact roadside locations. Notable retail environments included in the alliance are Mall of Qatar, Doha Festival City, Place Vendôme Qatar, and the Drive! roadside network.

Mall of Qatar, an attraction for 14.8 million visitors annually, boasts an average dwell time of 109 minutes and an average spend of 440 QR per visit. Doha Festival City houses over 500 stores and welcomes 20 million annual visitors, with an average dwell time of 105 minutes per visit.

Place Vendôme Qatar, known for attracting Qatar's most affluent audiences, boasts 56 premium digital screens featuring The Spectacular, Digital MUPIs, Luxury displays, and Dancing Fountains. It is home to over 500 luxury retail outlets, with an average dwell time of 158 minutes and an average spend of 940 QR per visit.

The Drive! roadside network, which covers iconic locations including Al Masa, Corniche Mina District, The Gateway, and Lusail, delivers 20.6 million impressions per two weeks and targets key demographics with 9.41 million adult impressions.

Doha Festival City features 58 digital screens across formats including Digital MUPIs, The Axis, Digital Landmark, The Runway, and The Torch. Drive! Media, Qatar's largest roadside screen network, operates 53 premium digital screens across 16 unmissable locations.

Through programmatic buying, advertisers can benefit from enhanced flexibility, precision targeting, and improved efficiency. Ibrahim Mohamed Hassan, managing director at ELAN Group, stated that the partnership brings together premium inventory across Qatar's most desirable locations with global programmatic power.

Gavin Wilson, global chief commercial officer at VIOOH, also expressed his excitement, stating that the partnership represents a significant step forward in the Qatar market. The partnership between VIOOH and ELAN Media offers brands access to the most comprehensive premium DOOH network in Qatar.

This collaboration was officially announced on September 4, 2025. The combined extended dwell times in premium retail environments with high-frequency roadside exposure promises to revolutionise the advertising landscape in Qatar.
