Wanted: Witnesses for investigations in Lingen, police requesting information
In Lingen, Germany, a 12-year-old cyclist was involved in an accident with a white car at the bike lane entrance of the intersection of Lindenstraße/Kurt-Schumacher-Bridge and Rheiner Straße on Tuesday at around 1:20 PM.
