Traffic Accident in Fürth: Scooter Rider Sustains Severe Injuries
A traffic incident involving a car and a three-wheeled scooter occurred in Fürth, Germany, on July 8, 2025. The incident took place at the intersection of Cadolzburger Straße and Breslauer Straße.
According to the Police Headquarters Middle Franconia, the scooter rider, a 36-year-old man, sustained severe head injuries and multiple bone fractures. The driver of the car, a 59-year-old man, was driving a gray VW Caddy and was uninjured in the accident.
Both vehicles were no longer roadworthy and had to be towed away. Preliminary estimates suggest the total damage from the accident to be over 15,000 euros.

The scooter rider was traveling on Breslauer Straße towards the city center, while the car was traveling on Cadolzburger Straße in the direction of the city outskirts. The scooter rider was taken to a hospital for further medical treatment after initial treatment at the scene.
