Vladivostok is set to host an exciting program on August 30 and 31, offering a range of activities for both children and adults.

At the V. K. Arsenyev Museum of the History of the Far East, visitors can join walking tours, educational programs, and master classes. Highlights include a program featuring the captain of the "Vasily Golovnin" ship, personal experiences from travel blogger Konstantin Parfenyev, and a live Q&A with the captain and his second mate after a screening.

For those with a passion for music, the Primorsky Regional Philharmonic has a treat in store. A children's musical program, "Relax with us on Knowledge Day," will take place on August 31st at 12:00. The gala concert, marking the closing of the VII Summer Guitar School-Festival, will take place in the Concert Hall of the Far Eastern State Institute of Arts on the same day at 18:00. Special guest at the gala concert is Dmitry Illarionov, a renowned classical guitarist and associate professor of the Gnesin Academy of Music.

Art enthusiasts can look forward to a lecture by Vadim Martynenko at the Zarya Center of Contemporary Art. His talk will discuss his photography practice, methods, and plans for the resident project exploring the contemporary state of the "Big Vladivostok" myth.

For animal lovers, an event featuring popular, rare, and exclusive breeds of kittens and puppies will take place at Morskoy Mall on August 30th and 31st at 10:00. The event will also include a "Chorus Battle" (6+) contest, a mini-performance of "My Friend Kolya" (6+), and an entertainment program (6+) for children.

If you're dreaming of the sea, wind, and new horizons, the "Inclusive Sails of Primorye 2025" festival will be held at Sunny Beach on August 31st. This inclusive event features a regatta, master classes, and a foam disco.

The city's cultural scene will also be alive with events such as the cinema show "I Saw Antarctica!" at the Artistic and Educational Platform "Art Harbor" on August 31st at 10:00. Meanwhile, the "Back to School" celebration at the "Cheryomushki" shopping center offers various workshops and gingerbread giveaways.

Lastly, don't miss the mass kids' run for children aged 6 to 11 at the Sports Harbor Embankment on August 30.
