Article Title: High-Level Culture Awaits at the 7th KunstFest PASSAGEN

The 7th edition of the KunstFest PASSAGEN is set to continue its successful run, moving to the old sack storage facilities at RWK Lhoist in Oberroedinghausen this Sunday. This cultural event is part of the WasserEisenLand festival "FERROMONE. Industry and Culture in South Westphalia."

Last weekend's opening was a resounding success, with the fireplace room and cafeteria at Gut Rodinghausen fully occupied, making it the most well-attended opening evening yet. For those who missed out, there's another chance this weekend to experience high-level culture without traveling far.

On Saturday, the Dada evening offered a wild ride of absurdity with eccentric music, Jürgen Hartmann's confusing words, and pre-recorded videos. Reactions ranged from effusive praise to those still struggling to put their enthusiasm or confusion into words. On the other hand, the life of Clara Schumann was the theme of another Saturday event, which unfortunately is already sold out. Bianka Lammert and Klaus Peter Kruger played the roles of Clara and Robert Schumann, while the Ruhrstadt Orchestra Schwerte provided accompaniment on a historic piano.

For those interested, tickets for the upcoming events can be purchased at the Menden city culture office, online via ProTicket, by phone via the ProTicket hotline, and at all ProTicket advance sale points. Visitors are advised to meet at 5:45 PM at the intersection of Arminiastraße and Kalköfenstraße in Menden-Oberroedinghausen for pick-up and guidance to the event location.

On Friday, September 5th at 7:30 PM, guitarist Sabine Thielmann and actor Leslie Sternenfeld will explore and present the musical and literary quirks of Till Eulenspiegel. Tickets are still available for this event.

On Sunday, Alexander Gier will perform a solo performance of Kafka's "The Metamorphosis" at the KunstFest. The performance is expected to evoke feelings of fear, alienation, and entrapment. Tickets for this performance are still available.

For those seeking a more lively evening, Sunday also brings a tango evening that brought Argentine joy to the audience last week. Guests are advised to wear sturdy footwear and bring cushions for comfort due to the non-barrier-free access.
