West End collision leaves scooter rider fighting for life
In the heart of Alexandria's West End, a tragic incident occurred on Saturday morning. A young adult male was involved in a serious scooter accident in the 600 block of N. Jordan Street.
The incident was reported to 911 at around 10:15 a.m., and emergency dispatchers informed first responders that the victim was lying on the ground and slightly moving. The victim was quickly transported to the GW Hospital Trauma Center.
Unfortunately, the victim suffered life-threatening injuries in the scooter crash. As of now, the identity of the individual has not been publicly disclosed. No further information about the victim's current condition was provided.
