CEDIA Expo 2025 Showcases Innovative Products in Consumer Electronics
The annual CEDIA Expo 2025, a gathering of the world's leading consumer electronics manufacturers, took place recently, showcasing an array of cutting-edge products. The event saw the unveiling of several new offerings, including TVs, movie players, sound systems, and more.
Samsung presented its latest OLED TV, the S95F, while Sony showcased its BRAVIA Theater System 6. Kaleidescape introduced the Strato M Movie Player, and Skyworth unveiled the Canvas Elite Art TV. Furrion showcased the Aurora Partial-Sun 2 4K LED Outdoor Smart TV, and GUDE Systems presented the HangSmart TV.
In the realm of sound systems, Samsung showcased the HW-QS700F Soundbar, and SimpliSafe presented its Outdoor Security Camera Series 2 with Active Guard Outdoor Protection. AiSPIRE/WAC Group introduced the VENTRIX Lighting, Power and Control System.
madVR unveiled the Envy Core MK2, and What Hi-Fi? recognized the Magnetar UDP900MKII and the L-Acoustics HYRISS. Nice introduced ELAN OS 9.0, and Crestron Home OS was presented.
The judging process for the awards at CEDIA Expo 2025 was based on the value, impact, and uniqueness of the products, with TWICE basing their judgement on a consumer electronics retail view and our platform considering the perspective of residential integrators. What Hi-Fi? judged from a home entertainment enthusiast perspective.
The winners of the awards have been announced, and congratulations were extended to all of them. However, the winners of the What Hi-Fi? Best of Show Awards 2025 have not been published yet; the final Product of the Year winners will be revealed at the What Hi-Fi? Awards black-tie ceremony on November 13, 2025.
Sony also showcased the BRAVIA Projector 7 4K HDR Laser Home Theater Projector with Native 4K SXRD Panel, which was recognized by What Hi-Fi?. The Sony BRAVIA 8 II 65-inch Class QD-OLED 4K HDR Google TV also received recognition from What Hi-Fi?.
