Wolfsburg duo unveil audacious scheme!

In a bold and adventurous move, two computer scientists, Timo (24) and Felix (22), embarked on an extraordinary journey from Wolfsburg to the North Sea island of Sylt. The duo, who work for an IT service provider at Volkswagen, decided to forgo traditional transportation methods and instead chose karts for their unconventional mode of travel.

The journey was inspired by the 9-euro ticket wave, a popular trend among young people, and began on July 14th. Timo's girlfriend was supportive of their decision, but their friend and colleague expressed skepticism about the journey's feasibility.

The karts they purchased were in a defective but repairable condition. To make the karts more suitable for their long journey, they were modified to include side panels for storage space. With a used tent, sleeping bags, air mattresses, a borrowed gas cooker, and essential supplies, they were ready to hit the road.

Their adventure took an unexpected turn when they encountered a breakdown during the return trip, leaving them stranded on a country road. However, they were fortunate enough to receive help from a passing truck driver who loaded their defective kart onto his truck bed.

Despite the challenges they faced, including darkness, fog, and poor visibility during the return journey, Timo and Felix successfully returned to Wolfsburg a day later. They reached their friend's property on July 19th at 4 pm, as planned.

While on Sylt, they dressed formally and toured the island in their attire. They documented their journey with a camera, sharing their experiences on their YouTube and Instagram account. The two adventurers faced issues with the waterproofness of their makeshift storage compartments, but their spirit remained unbroken.

Despite extensive search results, there is no information available about which IT vocational students from Wolfsburg embarked on this unusual journey from Wolfsburg to the North Sea island Sylt with map-specific vehicles. Their story, however, serves as a testament to their adventurous spirit and the lengths they would go to experience an unforgettable journey.
