Accident in Pulheim-Brauweiler: Three Vehicles Collide, One Driver Suffers Minor Injuries
A traffic accident occurred in Pulheim-Brauweiler on Tuesday evening, August 19. According to news aktuell, the incident involved three vehicles.
The 25-year-old driver of a VW Polo was heading towards Königsdorf on Marienstraße when he collided with a Toyota at the traffic light to Bernhardstraße. Tow trucks later removed the non-operational VW Polo and the Toyota from the accident site.
The driver of the Toyota, a 22-year-old, was unharmed. However, the 25-year-old driver was taken to a hospital by emergency services after sustaining minor injuries. The impact of the collision pushed the Toyota into a Ford in front, driven by a 44-year-old.
The Verkehrskommissariat (Traffic Commissariat) of the Kreispolizeibehörde Rhein-Erft-Kreis took over the investigation of the accident after it occurred. The cause of the collision remains unknown at this time.
