In a fitness-focused collaboration, American rappers-turned-trainers Juice and Toya have introduced a high-intensity resistance training (HIRT) session that targets all major muscle groups in the body. The 30-minute full-body workout is designed to build muscle and strength, with a particular focus on a 10-minute dumbbell workout for a rock-solid core and perfect posture.

The workout consists of two groups of 10 exercises, each performed for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second break. This structure ensures a balanced workout, minimising the dominance of one side and promoting even muscle development.

Examples of exercises included in the dumbbell workout are the farmer's walk, squats, calf raises, bicep curls, and shoulder press. The trainers recommend aiming for 10 to 15 repetitions per exercise, and suggest adjusting the weight according to difficulty level to prevent overuse injuries and ensure suitability for current fitness levels.
