WSOP 2025 Super High Roller Concludes with $15.6M Prize Pool

The WSOP 2025 Event #46, a $250,000 Super High Roller, concluded with a massive prize pool and notable eliminations. The final table was led by Thomas Boivin with 28,025,000 chips, while the minimum cash stood at $516,393.

The event attracted 13 of the world's top 20 poker players. Daniel Negreanu finished 9th, losing to Alex Foxen's A♣ K♥. Sean Perry's short stay saw him lose to Bryn Kenney's K♦ Q♣ in less than an orbit. Dan 'Cowboy' Smith lost his second bullet to David Peters' pocket kings.

Thomas Boivin played a significant role, eliminating Andrew 'Lucky Chewy' Lichtenberger on the stone bubble, securing a final table of 10 players in the money. Matthias Eibinger lost his first buy-in with a river shove against Brandon Steven. Martin Kabrhel made a splash on day 2, eliminating Alex Foxen and Michael 'Texas Mike' Moncek.

The prizepool for the event reached $15,584,625, with the third-place finisher's identity yet to be revealed. Despite intense competition, Boivin led the final table, setting the stage for a thrilling conclusion to the prestigious event.
