In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), it's essential for residents to stay up-to-date with their waste management service payments to avoid potential consequences. YakutskEcoSeti LLC, the regional operator, has urged timely payment to avoid referral to the Bailiff Service for forced debt recovery.

If payments are not made, the Bailiff Service may initiate forced debt recovery, which includes an enforcement fee. Furthermore, funds in bank accounts may be frozen due to unpaid debt for the waste management service, following the submission of an enforcement order or judicial decision.

However, YakutskEcoSeti LLC offers various commission-free payment methods to ensure accessibility and convenience for their customers. These options include visiting their customer service department located at Yakutsk, Ordzhonikidze St., 50, or paying at Energy Collection cashiers, Yakutsk RCJC LLC cashiers, "Jatay RCJC" population GOK "Jatay" cashiers, ATOB Bank branch cashiers, and several other locations.

Additionally, the "State and Municipal Services of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)" portal (OPD - Unified Payment Document) (http://e-nash-sait.ru), the Federal system "City" via the "Kvartplata+" mobile app, and various banks such as SBERBANK RUSSIA PJSC, VTB Bank PJSC, and Post Bank JSC, also offer commission-free payment methods.

Payment through "ROSSIYSKAYA POCHTA" branches and the "GOV.UA" portal comes with a 25 rub commission. It's worth noting that YakutskEcoSeti LLC also accepts payments with commission through these platforms.

Currently, there are approximately 7,700 households in the Republic of Yakutia with arrears in the payment of the waste disposal billing fund, totalling around 16 million rubles. Adherence to payment discipline will ensure uninterrupted waste collection and processing in the region.

It's also important to note that unpaid debt for the waste management service may result in a restriction of travel outside the Russian Federation. Moreover, suspension of subsidies and benefits for communal services is a potential consequence of unpaid debt.

YakutskEcoSeti LLC encourages customers to stay informed about payment options through their various communication channels, including WhatsApp, Telegram, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Twitter, and others. The operator warns that unpaid debt for the waste management service may lead to judicial recovery of additional costs.

With these facts in mind, it's crucial for residents of Yakutia to prioritise their waste management service payments to maintain a clean and healthy environment, while also avoiding potential financial and travel-related consequences.
