Young males detained for alleged misuse of automated merchandise dispensers in Morocco (817)
In the heart of Fürth's city centre, an unusual string of incidents has taken place over the course of a week. On 09.08.2025, two teenagers, aged 17 and 18, were caught on camera stealing E-cigarettes worth 30 euros from a vending machine on Nürnberger Straße.
Over the following days, the same pair repeated their actions, causing significant damage to the vending machine. On the evening of 14.08.2025, they were observed by the owner as they attempted to steal several cans of energy drink. This time, however, the suspects were caught red-handed.
The Fürth Police Station was alerted, and a patrol found and arrested the suspects at the scene. The location of the third theft is not specified, but it occurred on or around 14.08.2025.
