Young people in the community have been consistently growing up during the past decade.

In the heart of Landshut, last Wednesday, the city celebrated a significant milestone as Mobile Youth Work (MoJA) marked its tenth anniversary. The event, held in the city park, was attended by Mayor Alexander Putz, representatives from the Youth Office, the City Youth Council, and a large number of young people.

The MoJA bus, a familiar sight to many young people in the city, has become an integral part of their daily lives. This mobile youth centre supports young people, accompanies projects like the skate park, and organises leisure activities. The new, fully equipped bus, a significant development from last year, was on display.

Mayor Putz commended the idea of bringing the bus to where young people already are, emphasising the importance of investing in youth, alongside educational institutions and kindergartens. He thanked the employees, cooperation partners, city council, and past supporters of the MoJA project.

A photo wall displayed MoJA's work over the past ten years, showcasing the evolution of their offerings and the ongoing high demand for their services. From street work in the city districts to network work, representing the interests of young people and young adults through working groups and the Youth Welfare Committee, MoJA has been serving the city of Landshut for a decade.

Julian Napf, a constant member of the MoJA team since the beginning of mobile youth work ten years ago, was also present at the celebration. The current head of Mobile Youth Work Landshut, who has been part of the team for ten years, was not explicitly named in the available search results.

The MoJA bus provides low-threshold offers for young people at various locations, including the city park, one of its regular stops. Putz addressed the young people directly, stating that it's about their needs, and thanked them for their continued support and engagement.

The celebration was a testament to MoJA's commitment to serving the youth of Landshut and a reminder of the positive impact mobile youth work can have on a community. As MoJA looks forward to the next decade, it continues to strive to meet the needs of young people and provide them with a supportive and engaging environment.
